Matto Espresso coffee shops have rapidly expanded in recent years, with more than 30 locations across the city.

The coffee shop is centered around what it calls  a "crazy generous concept" — a menu where every single item is just $3. At the same time, the price of coffee at other cafes and chains has been climbing higher.
