Fordham professor analyzes latest in presidential race

There are now 44 days from the presidential election, and the race for the White House is heating up, including in New York.

Former President Donald Trump was in New York this week for a rally on Long Island.

This all comes as Republicans and Democrats are focusing their sights on competitive house races on Long Island and in the Hudson Valley.

Jacob Smith, an assistant professor in political science at Fordham University, spoke with Rocco Vertuccio on “Weekends on 1” Saturday morning about the latest on the race.
