Queens City Councilmember Shekar Krishnan followed up a report that determined most Parks Department bathrooms have fallen into disrepair, saying the survey merely confirmed what New Yorkers already knew about the facilities.

Krishnan’s office participated in the Council’s review of more than 100 bathrooms across the city, which found two-thirds of the facilities were closed or had health and safety issues.

“Our report revealed what we all know,” Krishnan said. “Ask any New Yorker on the street.”

Krishnan joined anchor Rocco Vertuccio on “Weekends on 1” Sunday morning to discuss the report.
