Actress Bellamy Young is perhaps best known for her role playing Mellie Grant in the television show “Scandal.”

Now, Young is using her platform to continue raising awareness about a rare complication of liver disease called overt hepatic encephalopathy.

Anchor Stef Manisero spoke with Young about early detection and her personal experience living with someone with the condition.
