Former President Donald Trump's criminal hush money trial is entering its third week.
The trial has the day off on Monday. Testimony resumes on Tuesday.
Trump is being charged with 34 felony counts of falsifying business records in connection to hush money payments. The payments were allegedly made to prevent damaging stories about his personal life from becoming public during the 2016 presidential election.
Anchor Rocco Vertuccio spoke with attorney and legal analyst Bernada Villalona Sunday morning on NY1 about the trial so far and what to expect this week.
