Hundreds of restaurants are taking part in Winter Restaurant Week, from Tuesday, Jan. 16 until Feb. 4.

Participating restaurants are offering two course lunches and three course dinners for a $30, $45, and $60 fixed-price meal.

Shannan Ferry spoke with Tiffany Townsend, executive Vice President of NYC Tourism and Conventions, as well as Steven Boutross, the executive chef of Restaurants for Tin Building by Jean-Georges, about the importance of Winter Restaurant Week for New York businesses.
