Dealing with Alzheimer's disease can feel so hopeless for the families it impacts.
But there is hope, with a number of new treatments being tested in human trials.
Stef Manisero sat down with Dr. Joel Salinas, the founder and chief medical officer of Isaac Health, an online memory clinic for the prevention, diagnosis and treatment of dementia and other brain health conditions, to talk about Alzheimer's disease.
Salinas is also a neurologist at NYU Langone Health and an assistant professor at the Department of Neurology at NYU Langone.
