Tenants in the Bronx are having issues with their apartments.

The tenants have been in court for over a year battling their landlord, Emerald Equity, in regards to repairs and issues.

Some tenants say they are not paying rent until their concerns are addressed.

NY1 reached out to Emerald Equity, but did not get a response.
