Rates for crossing bridges and tunnels managed by Port Authority increased Sunday, alongside the start of congestion pricing in Manhattan.

Drivers crossing into New York via the Lincoln and Holland tunnels, the George Washington, Bayonne & Goethals bridges, and the Outerbridge Crossing will have to pay the new tolls.

Similar to congestion pricing, the toll prices differ depending on time of day and type of vehicle. Tolls are only collected entering New York. None are collected entering New Jersey.

Most vehicles will now pay $16.06 during peak hours and $14.06 during off-peak hours, up from $15.38 peak and $13.38 off-peak.

Port Authority defines peak hours as 6 a.m. to 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. on weekdays, and 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. on weekends.

Motorcyles will be charged $15.06 during peak hours and $13.06 during off-peak.

Larger vehicles will be tolled at higher rates depending on the number of axles and rear wheels of their vehicles.

All tolls are cashless, as the Port Authority no longer accepts cash payments.
