Three additional people have been arrested in connection to a number of brawls between the right-wing group the "Proud Boys" and members of the anti-facist movement "Antifa."
Police say Maxwell Hare, Douglas Lennan and Irvin Antillon turned themselves into police Monday.
NYPD Chief of Detectives Dermot Shea says they are all associated with the Proud Boys. That brings the total number of arrests of people that police say are connected to the Proud Boys to five.
Eight people in total now face a number of charges in connection with the incident, including gang assault, rioting and criminal possession of a weapon.
The fights broke out earlier this month after "Proud Boys" founder Gavin McInnes spoke at the Metropolitan Republican Club in Manhattan.
