Cleveland

Cleveland Bazaar 20th anniversary

  • Info: The holidays are approaching, and this is an opportunity to snag some unique gifts from more than 125 artists at this market, celebrating its 20th year

Papermaking and Picasso

  • When and where: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. Dec. 14 at the Ames Family Atrium at The Cleveland Museum of Art
  • Cost: Free
  • Info: The atrium hosts an event with a different artist. This weekend's is an event by the Morgan Conservatory, who will be explaining the process of papermarking, allowing attendees to keep some handmade paper

Columbus

2024 Reindeer Run

  • When and where: Dec. 14 at the National Veterans Memorial and Museum
  • Cost: Price varies depending on distance, see website for details
  • Info: Enjoy a 5k, a half-mile Santa stroll, a kids fun run and more at this event

Light, Bright, and Gay

  • When and where: 7:30 p.m. on Dec. 14 and 2 p.m. on Dec. 15 at the Riffe Center's Davidson Theatre

Cincinnati

Mt. Adams Reindog Parade

  • When and where: 2 p.m. Dec. 14 at 946 Pavilion St. in Cincinnati
  • Info: Join others and bring you pup to the 35th annual Reindog Parade "for a unique holiday celebration" with proceeds headed to the League of Animal Welfare

Servatii Cincinnati Christkindlmarkt at Moerlein Lager House

  • When and where: Dec. 13 to 15 (check website for time details) at the Moerlein Lager House, located at 115 Joe Nuxhall Way in Cincinnati
  • Cost: Admission is free
  • Info: This is your chance to experience a German-American Christmas festival at the Schmidlapp Event Lawn and Stage in Smale Riverfront Park

Dayton

Victorian afternoon teas

  • When and where: 2 to 4 p.m. Dec. 14 and 15 at the historic Patterson Homestead, located at 1815 Brown St. in Dayton
  • Cost: The price is $40 for members and $50 for non-members

Holiday Mini Market

  • When and where: Dec. 14 at the MetroParks Ice Rink, located at 237 East Monument Ave. in Dayton
  • Info: Really want to ice skate but still struggling to find the time to go holiday shopping? Why not both? Enjoy ice skating and shopping at this event hosted by RiverScape MetroPark

Toledo

The Bethlehem Experience

  • When and where: Dec. 13-15 (times vary, see website for details) at Cornerstone Baptist Church

  • Info: This event allows attendees to experience the story of Jesus "first hand" with real animals and people in costume. "Immerse yourself among real animals, people, and places as the life of Bethlehem comes alive around you," the website reads

Christmas with the Claus

  • Cost: Non-member children (2-11) $40, adults $55. Member children $35, adults $50
