A water main break on the Upper West Side is causing subway service disruptions along several lines, the MTA said.

B and C trains are suspended in both directions due to the 12-inch street-level break at West 103rd Street and Central Park West, according to the MTA.

A and D train service have resumed but are both running local between 59th Street-Columbus Circle and 145th Street. Southbound A trains are also running local from 59th Street-Columbus Circle to Canal Street.

The MTA is still warning riders to expect delays on both trains.

For those traveling along Central Park West, the MTA recommends taking the 1 train.

The MTA says to take 4 trains in the Bronx.

The city Department of Environmental Protection said crews on scene are investigating and have shut off the water. The shutdown impacts Central Park West between West 102nd and West 101st streets.

Eight buildings were without water, amounting to about 250 units, according to officials.

Crews are expected to work through the night.
