CHARLOTTE -- Some community members are asking for the resignation of Mayor Jennifer Roberts and Charlotte-Mecklenburg police chief Kerr Putney.
About 100 people turned out at last night's city council meeting.
They say they disagree with how the city responded to the shooting of Keith Scott by CMPD officer Brentley Vinson.
At several points in the evening, the crowd became unruly and even threatened city council members.
Time Warner Cable News reporter Vanessa Leon spoke to Mayor pro tem Vi Lyles to find out more about how she's feeling today.
