It's a boot camp style gym and Emily Watson, also known as "Breeze" is taking charge.  STAX was formed in the Queen City. The idea behind the gym is to make Charlotte “the fittest city” in the US.

STAX offers a new class called “The ABC,”  focusing on areas of the body that seem to be the toughest to tone.  "It's abs, booty, and cardio. So, kind of like those three hot spots, so yeah, we do a lot of squats, we do prowler pushes, we do running, jump rope, box jumps, anything that's going to have that big, high impact,” said Emily “Breeze” Watson, a trainer at STAX.

“Breeze”  is a tough cookie, even when it comes to her husband, who participates in her class. "She's like a drill sergeant out here. She yells at me every now and then. She's not going to let you skip any of the movements. She's not going to let you skip any reps. She's going to make sure you are true to form, which helps get you to that next level of fitness. She's definitely going to stay on you," said Montell Watson.  "Even though I'm asking them to give me more reps and to get lower, I can also tell them how awesome they look and how they're doing at the same time,” said Emily Watson.

STAX offers a free bootcamp class, that will start again this March, on Monday and Wednesday nights at 6:30. The class is taught by former NFL  player, Randy Moss, along with “Breeze.”   Participants are encouraged to bring a friend. "A lot of people partner with new friends and then you meet new people as well. It's a fun atmosphere, so just come out and have a great time," said Montell Watson.

On May 14th, you can join “Breeze” and former NFL star, Randy Moss, as they attempt to set the Guinness Book of World Records for the most people in a fitness boot camp.
