It's printed, bound, packed up, and on the way: a book for Pope Francis made at Luke's Copy Shop in New Dorp.

"This is the biggest job I ever did for the most important guy in the world I guess, right?" says Owner Luke Callas.

Callas says it was an honor to print the 190 page book. It's a present from the Archdiocese of New York's almost 70,000 students.  Francis, Our Pope: A Journey of Faith Through the Heart of New York is described as a "spiritual bouquet," filled with photos, prayers, and written intentions to do good deeds.  Callas put the book together with the help of his daughter and granddaughter.

They say they stayed up until 1:00 A.M. Wednesday to turn the job around in less than 24 hours; but for this project, they didn't mind.

"It's great, he's telling everybody about it," says Callas’ Daughter Angie Kallaitzakis.

So why was Callas picked to print the book?

“Pope Francis looked up to God, Monday, um, Friday night and said ‘Who can do this book in 24 hours?’ and says, ‘Go to Luke, my son,’” says Callas.

Actually, he tells us a longtime Archdiocese contact recommended him.

Callas says he has done work for politicians and actors in the 33 years he's been here in business. Customers tell us this job is particularly exciting.

"I think it's nice that they chose our borough to do their business," says Customer Valerie Maroney.

"If it's good enough for the Pope, it's good enough for me," says Customer Rosemarie Leto.

The book will be presented to the Pope Friday afternoon at Our Lady Queen of Angels School in East Harlem.   100 copies were printed and in addition to the pope himself, it will also be given to archdiocese members and sponsors.
