More hiccups for riders on the A line in Queens. The MTA says it is closing the Brooklyn-bound Rockaway Boulevard station starting next month.
The Queens-bound platform was recently closed from February to May.
The work is part of a $39 million project to renovate five stations on the A line along Liberty Avenue.
To get to Rockaway Boulevard during the construction, Brooklyn-bound riders should take a train to 88th Street and double back.
Riders looking to travel towards Brooklyn should take a train one stop back to either Aqueduct Racetrack or 104th Street, and get a Brooklyn-bound train from there.
The project is expected to be complete by fall.
