Residents across the city are adjusting to life with congestion pricing in Manhattan.
One of the most outspoken opponents of the plan at City Hall is Queens Councilwoman Joann Ariola.
Ariola represents Howard Beach, Ozone Park, Broad Channel, and the Rockaway peninsula.
She joined “The Rush Hour” on Monday to discuss congestion pricing, subway safety, and the upcoming partial A train shutdown to the Rockaways.
