The Manhattan district attorney’s office says it would agree to postpone sentencing of President-elect Donald Trump’s criminal hush money case, indicating their openness to freeze the case while Trump serves out his term as President.

This case is one of four criminal cases against the former president. Those cases have been put on pause, with special counsel Jack Smith winding down both the classified documents case, and prosecuting Trump over his alleged role in the January 6th insurrection.

Duncan Levin, former federal prosecutor, joined “The Rush Hour” on Tuesday to discuss the future of Trump’s criminal cases.
