President Joe Biden has reportedly authorized Ukraine to use long-range American weapons inside Russia.

The Kremlin responded, saying the Biden administration wants to “throw oil on the fire” of the conflict.

It comes as North Korea troops have been deployed along Ukraine’s northern border supporting Russia’s war in Ukraine.
