Gov. Kathy Hochul has officially revived congestion pricing and, pending approvals, the new plan is set to take effect in early January.

This comes months after she halted the original plan days before it was set to take effect back in June. The return of the program is being celebrated by transit advocates, including Lisa Daglian, who is the executive director of the Permanent Citizens Advisory Committee to the MTA.

Daglian joined Bobby Cuza on "The Rush Hour" Thursday to talk about what the updated plan means for commuters.
