Mayor Bill de Blasio is introducing two new affordable housing programs Monday.
"Open Door" will allow New Yorkers with moderate and middle incomes to purchase a condo or co-op.
It aims to create about 200 affordable homes each year, with a goal of 1,300 by 2026.
Another program called "Home Fix" will offer low-interest loans to help people with low or moderate incomes to make repairs to their homes.
The mayor's new plan is expected to finance 200,000 affordable homes by 2022.
