Congestion pricing — the new toll to enter Manhattan below 60th Street — is now in effect, and some drivers expressed their frustration Sunday.

NY1’s Noorulain Khawaja caught up with them on the Manhattan side of the Queensboro Bridge, where many were being charged the congestion toll for the very first time.
