NEW YORK - An Uber driver has been removed from the app after he allegedly urinated in a water bottle while there was a passenger in his car.

The passenger who documented the incident says it took place in Harlem Monday night.

That video is now in question.

She says as a woman of the LGBTQ community the mishap was traumatic and realized her fear.

Uber has responded saying it was completely inappropriate and a violation of their clear community guidelines.
