Lawmakers in Albany are just a few hours away from wrapping up their legislative session.
And it looks like a number of big issues will be left on the table, including the city's speed camera program.
If lawmakers do not renew that program, all of the speed cameras in the five boroughs will have to be turned off.
Other items they probably won't address include sports betting, and the admissions process for the city's specialized high schools.
Part of the problem is the divided State Senate, which has no clear majority.
Governor Andrew Cuomo has vowed to stop working with Senate Republicans and instead campaign for a Democratic Senate.
State legislators are set to return to Albany in January.
