Some public housing tenant leaders are not happy about the $2 billion settlement intended to reform the city housing authority.

According to the Daily News, the Citywide Council of Presidents is asking the judge overseeing the settlement to throw it out.

They want NYCHA and the Manhattan U.S. Attorney's Office to redo the deal.

The tenant leaders say they were not consulted about the settlement's language.

They're also concerned that they won't be involved in choosing the federal monitor to oversee the Housing Authority.

On Monday, the city agreed to pay $2 billion to make repairs at NYCHA buildings after federal investigators accused housing officials of years of mismanagement.
