Spring is finally in the air and that means the Cherry Blossoms are in bloom in Brooklyn.

Starting this weekend New Yorkers can soak it all in with the 38th Annual Cherry Blossom Festival at the Brooklyn Botanic Garden.

There are more than 200 trees, coming in 42 varieties.

Visitors can also seeing everything from sword shows to traditional Japanese concerts.

"It's from traditional Japanese culture all the way into contemporary Japanese culture, so there's something for everybody to see. And like you said there's food, there's music, there's a lot of fun. And we'll also have the cherries, I know, for this time, so it will be beautiful," said BBG Vice President of Horticulture Mark Fisher.
