Wine lovers may be willing to drop thousands of dollars on a bottle from Napa or Tuscany.

But what about one from a rooftop vineyard here in the city?

That's what Brooklyn's Rooftop Reds winery is placing its bets on.

The first-of-its kind rooftop vineyard is aiming to put its high-priced bottles on the market in 2019.

In the meantime, the company has earned money by turning its nearly 15,000 square rooftop space into a tasting room featuring wines from other parts of the state.

It's also hosted pop-up dinner parties, wine tours, and yoga classes.
