Bryant Park is spreading a little extra warmth for people in need this Valentine's Day.
Nearly 200 hand-made scarves were draped throughout the park for the second annual "Found But Not Lost" campaign.
Organizers say the event's date makes it extra special this year.
"These scarves are made with love. And so we wanted people to have them on Valentine's Day. They can take a scarf and give it to their loved one, or more importantly they can give it to a person in need."//"We're not from New York City, so we're not used to the cold. So coming out here unprepared and seeing scarves out here that were obviously made with love and given with love, it was pretty awesome that we were able to pick one up and now we're both warm."
The scarves were made over the summer by participants in "Bryant Park Knits" classes.
