Police are looking for two people in connection with the beating of a 75-year-old man on a Manhattan street.
They released surveillance video of the incident from around 2 p.m. Wednesday in front of the Salvation Army on 14th Street in Chelsea.
Investigators say the man seen above punched the victim and knocked him to the ground, then kicked him in the face until he passed out.
They say the woman with him in the picture acted as a lookout.
The NYPD believes the male suspect might be a student from a nearby school.
"At this point we don't know what the motive was, but it seems to be totally unprovoked," said NYPD Assistant Chief Patrick Conry.
Police say the man can be identified by his black hair with a red streak in it.
The victim was taken to the hospital in stable condition.
