After breaking his neck in a near-fatal bike crash, television host and producer Nev Schulman thought his chances of running the New York City Marathon were over.

But just a few months since that accident, the New Yorker best known for the TV Show “Catfish” will be among the crowds of runners at the starting line.

Not only will he be running the 26.2 miles, he will also be guiding a blind athlete and friend Francesco Magisano along the way.

Schulman and Magisano joined “News All Day” on Friday to discuss how they’re preparing for the race.
