“The Boss Baby: Family Business” is about girl power, sibling relationships, and of course, family.

Baldwin knows something about sibling relationships. He’s one of four acting Baldwin brothers.

“My brothers and I, when we grew up, everything was very, you know, ordinary for like middle-class kids from Long Island, South Shore, Long Island, and, you know, playing sports all the time,” Baldwin said. “And the more kids we had, the less we saw each other was very similar, you know, in the movie where there are things that drive you and I still see them. But there were times when Thanksgiving, Christmas, everybody showed up. And now that's hardly the case. Because everybody I mean, some of them. Some of them have grandkids. My brother Stephen, the youngest of us, and he's the one with grandchildren. I'm the oldest to my brother Daniel, only kids. My brother Billy, no grandchildren, and my brother Stephen has a granddaughter.”

Baldwin says he’s not jealous of Stephen, who has a grandchild. It’s not something on his list, yet.

“No! I don't want to be a grandfather," he said.

The animated feature is also about girl power as the new boss in town is a girl named Tina, voiced by Amy Sedaris. The actress said it was fun voicing this character.

“I think it’s gonna go over really well," Sedaris said. “I mean, it was so much fun to play this character against his [Baldwin] character. It was. I mean, everyone's going to love seeing a little girl in power in a tuxedo.”

The film also features the voices of Jimmy Kimmel, Lisa Kudrow, and Eva Longoria.

“Baby boss: family business” will be in theaters and on the Peacock streaming service July 2.
