Investigation Continues Into Fatal Hit And Run

Police in Queens on Monday continued their investigation into a fatal automobile accident that they believe may have been a hit-and-run.
Officials were examining surveillance video to find out exactly what happened Sunday morning on Rockaway Boulevard in Jamaica. Police believe Shakoor Khan, 75, was struck and killed by a tractor trailer contracted by the United States Postal Service at that location.
Earlier Monday police questioned the truck driver, who had claimed Khan was passed out in the street when he drove by.
Officials have not given out the name of the driver and say that he is currently not under arrest.
The medical examiner ruled that Khan suffered blunt impact to the head and torso.
