Two teenagers are charged with murder and robbery in connection with the death of a man in Flushing on Saturday.

Prosecutors say Chris Levy, 17, from Harlem and Cory Azor, 16, of East Elmhurst entered David Kao's car early Saturday morning and beat and choked him to death. Kao's body was found in an alleyway later that day.

The suspects allegedly had the victim's car, wallet, and credit cards when they were arrested on Monday.

Kao, 49, was an account executive for a Chinese language newspaper. He was sleeping in his car when he was attacked.

Levy and Azor each face up to 25 years to life in prison if convicted.
