If you're looking to buy real estate, there is plenty of inventory out there these days. But just how far will your dollar go? NY1's Jill Urban filed the following report on what’s on the market for $600,000.

60 East 9th Street

The first find is a one-bedroom apartment on the corner of 9th Street and Broadway in the heart of Greenwich Village.

"This is an oversized 3.5 room, one-bedroom apartment," says Glenn Norrgard, senior vice president of Sotheby's International Realty. "It has a separate dining area, a windowed kitchen and windowed bath. There's north and south exposure, great light, and very good cross ventilation. It has tons of closets; there are five in total."

The apartment is listed at $595,000 with a maintenance fee of $1,317 a month. There is a 24- hour doorman and a garden off the lobby. The property has been on the market for about three and a half months.

3671 Hudson Manor Terrace in Riverdale

Another home on the market is a spacious three bedroom in the Bronx listed at $625,000.

"This apartment is three bedroom, three bath," says Daniel Wright of Halstead Property. "There is a huge double terrace with soaring views of the Hudson River and Palisades and both bridges, the Tappan Zee and the George Washington Bridge. There is a wide open loft-like dining and living area. There's also a little den, huge closets, and central air."

This is a combined apartment, so the maintenance is $2,000 a month. The full-service building in Riverdale includes a pool and a tennis court. Parking is also available.

This property has also been on the market for about three months.

150-27 17th Avenue in Whitestone

In Queens, NY1 found a two-family home on tree-lined street in this price range.

"This lovely detached two-family home is located in the heart of Whitestone. The first floor features living room, dining room, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom," says Maureen Folan of Folan Real Estate Group. "The second floor features living room, dining area, kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The basement is fully finished with a family room."

There's also a small backyard, a driveway and a one car garage.

The house is listed at $599,000 and taxes are about $3,500 a year. A two-family home is a good way to own property while also getting a little income to help with the mortgage.

The home has been on the market for about a month.
