A federal judge ordered Bernard Madoff, the mastermind behind the biggest Ponzi scheme in history, to hand over $170 billion in property, including real estate investments, cars and boats.
Court papers released Friday night also reveal Madoff's wife will give up $80 million of property she claimed was hers.
Madoff confessed in March to an investment scam in which he stole billions of dollars from thousands of victims.
He will be sentenced Monday morning in federal court, and faces a maximum sentence of 150 years behind bars.
